LIV

LIV Reforma is a residential development in Mexico City that reinterprets the city’s Art Déco heritage through a contemporary architectural language. Its geometry, rhythm, stepped volumes and curves give the project a distinctive identity rooted in its context.
Developed by Casa Quieta and Hispánica, the project brings architecture, interiors and visual identity together as one cohesive expression.
The three towers inspired the central symbol, distilled into a composition of squares, triangles and semicircles. The custom wordmark draws from Modernist and Art Déco typography, with subtle modifications that give LIV its own voice.
The interiors informed the palette and graphic vocabulary, drawing from oak, stone, terrazzo, metal, ribbed glass, organic finishes and woven bejuco. Lines, bands, geometric forms and custom iconography carry these references across applications and signage.
Graphic elements were tested directly within the space, considering scale, placement and materials to create continuity between the physical environment and the brand.
The result is a cohesive identity grounded in Mexico City’s architectural heritage, with a contemporary expression designed to endure.
